I’ve been using Tenobet since roughly the spring, so I suppose I have a fair bit of history to actually comment. Stumbled on it via someone on another board who was chasing somewhere with half-decent slot coverage without all the deposit limit nagging you get now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s pretty huge — about 4,000+ games by my count, with the usual heavy hitters all turn up: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly rinse Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, which both run fine on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, which means what you’re getting — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times on Premier League, nothing special.
Bonus-wise is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before you commit, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. To check current promos, have a look at tenobet casino if you’re curious. Min deposit’s a tenner, signing up took maybe two minutes.
Money side’s been the better half for me. Visa and Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have landed within a day; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was the verification — it took 36-48 hours to verify me, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, just slow.
Couple of niggles: no native app, so it’s the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my iPhone but an app would be nicer. The login can be fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Push past that and they’re helpful enough.
