I’ve been using Tenobet for March, and I reckon I’ve got enough history to actually comment. Found it via a mate of mine who was after a site with proper slot coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you get now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which cuts both ways.
Lobby’s honestly massive — about 3,500+ slots going by the counter, and the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly stick to Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, both run fine in browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me on footy, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you’ll want the code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Do read the terms first, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing unfortunately. If you want to see the live offers, have a look at tenobet review if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, signing up took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been the better half in my experience. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was the verification — took about two days to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: no native app, so it’s mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on Android but I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in is occasionally fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Push past that and they’re helpful enough.
