OK — been on this thing for maybe six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so thought I’d chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me the other day. I’m UK based, mainly do football and horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like.
The reason I started using it was actually pretty stupid — I never could figure out what an e/w payout actually was with 1/5 odds a place. Basically I’d guess and moan when the payout landed. These days I stick my stake in first, every time, even the boring singles.
The single bet calculator is the bit I’m on daily — you put in stake and odds and it spits out the return with no faffing, either odds format. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles maths, lucky 15s, patents and yankees, which is where I always mess it up. Have a go yourself, it lives at each way double calculator — free, no signup.
The thing that genuinely made a difference were the nerdier bits. They’ve got an probability thing that shows what margin’s baked in, and a kelly criterion calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is decent if I’m spreading across selections.
Couple of gripes. Its design is a bit basic — no polish, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it works though the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. There’s no app, it’s browser only — fine by me but you asked.
So yeah. Free, no ads shoved in your face, does what it says. If you even now does the maths on paper, give it a go — saves me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.
