So — been using this thing for about six months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, reckon I’d say something since a mate asked me the other day. I’m UK based, mainly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.

How I found it was actually a bit daft — I couldn’t ever get my head round what an each way return would be once you get five places instead of three. Basically I’d eyeball it and get a shock. Now I type the odds in first, every time, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator tool is the one I’m on daily — type in the price and your stake and it spits out returns with no faffing, either odds format. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles maths, a lucky 15, a yankee, honestly that’s where most people I know got it wrong. If you want a look, it’s here odds converter sports and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that genuinely changed how I bet is the nerdier tools. There’s an implied probability calculator and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, and there’s the kelly staking tool — I use half kelly because full kelly is far too aggressive. The dutch tool is handy too for when I’m covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. The design looks pretty plain — zero flash, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On mobile it works but the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. And no proper app, it’s browser only — slight shame but worth saying.

So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. If you honestly works out returns on a calculator app, have a look — saved me a fair few “wait, that’s it?” moments.
