I’ve been using Craybet for about a couple months and figured I’d share some thoughts since I haven’t seen a ton of talk about it on here. Signed up on a whim and signing up was like a couple minutes. Min deposit was ten bucks which is normal for US-facing sites. Got a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 plus fifty free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Wagering was 35x which could be lower but I’ve dealt with worse.
Game selection is decent honestly. There’s games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — meaning Gates of Olympus, Starburst, the usual heavy hitters. Probably close to 2000 games total if you count everything. The live dealer section uses Evolution which is quality — tried baccarat and Crazy Time with actual croupiers and zero lag issues.
Tbh the thing that kinda bugged me was payout speed. I used Bitcoin and it took like a day and a half the first time. Second time around it dropped to like 24 hours. They accept credit cards, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin so that covers most bases. You can look at the full bonus details on Craybet registration to see for yourself.
Mobile experience on Craybet from my iPhone was surprisingly good. No dedicated app though the mobile site loads fast and everything works without issues. Was playing some slots on the bus and had zero lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet has been alright — they have live chat that actually connects in under five minutes usually. Reached out once about my verification docs and got it fixed within hours. Not sure about Curacao-based from what I can tell which is what most offshore casinos. Wouldn’t say it’s perfect — promo codes seem rare — but overall it does the job for me.
