I’ve been using Tenobet since about the spring, and I reckon I have enough mileage to give an honest take. Came across it off someone on another board who was after something with half-decent game coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability nonsense you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is honestly massive — about 3,500+ titles going by the counter, with the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly grind Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, both behave properly on mobile browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me on the football, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough before depositing, it’s not amazing but not predatory either. There’s no no-deposit bonus as far as I can tell. For the current promos, you’ll find them at https://solvecovid19.net if you’re curious. Min deposit’s a tenner, signing up took about three minutes.
Payments have been the better half for me. Cards work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed same day twice; cards were slower, 3-4 days. My main gripe was KYC — it took a day and a half to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slow.
Other gripes: no native app, so it’s browser only. It’s responsive enough on my iPhone though I do miss having one. Logging in can be fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the opening messages read like templates. Ask a specific question and they’re helpful enough.
