Been using Tenobet for March, so I reckon I have a fair bit of experience to give an honest take. Found it off a mate who was chasing somewhere with proper game coverage that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is genuinely big — somewhere around 3,500+ games going by the counter, and the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I rinse Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, which both load quick on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve used a handful of times on the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 with 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before depositing, it’s not the loosest either. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. For the the live offers, you’ll find them at tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, signing up took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine in my experience. Cards work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through within a day; Visa took closer to three days. What did wind me up was KYC — took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Not a scam, but a bit of a wait.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, which means browser only. Works fine on my phone though an app would be nicer. The login can be a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the opening messages are copy-paste. Ask a specific question and they sort it.
