I’ve been punting on Tenobet since about the spring, so I figure I’ve got a fair bit of history to give an honest take. Stumbled on it off someone on another board who was after somewhere with decent game coverage without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is genuinely big — about 4,000+ slots going by the counter, with the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus plus Gates of Olympus, which both behave properly in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, and it gets a bit of use from me on footy, it’s fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer it’s a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Do read the terms first, it’s not amazing but not predatory either. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. To check what’s running currently, they’re listed over on tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, the form took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the better half for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; cards were closer to three days. What did wind me up was the verification — they took about two days to verify me, which held up the first payout sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, just slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: there’s no app, so you’re on the mobile site. Works fine on my iPhone though I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets sluggish at peak times. Support’s fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the opening messages read like templates. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
