I’ve been playing at Tenobet since roughly February, and I reckon I’ve got enough history to say something useful. Stumbled on it through someone on another board who was after something with decent slot coverage without the usual deposit limit nagging you get now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s honestly massive — somewhere around 4,000+ titles last I looked, with the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I stick to Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, both run fine on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve dabbled in for Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering first, it’s not the loosest either. There’s no no-deposit bonus as far as I can tell. For the current promos, have a look at tenobet sport before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, signing up took about three minutes.
Payments have been generally fine for me. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed same day twice; cards were closer to three days. What did wind me up was KYC — took about two days to approve my ID, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just a bit of a wait.
Couple of niggles: no native app, so it’s browser only. It’s responsive enough on Android but I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in is occasionally fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
