Been using Tenobet since roughly February, so I reckon I have a fair bit of history to say something useful. Found it through a mate of mine who was after a site with decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is pretty huge — about 4,000+ games going by the counter, with the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Personally I grind Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, both run fine in browser. The live rooms are Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve used a handful of times on the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before depositing, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. To check the live offers, have a look over on tenobet review if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, signing up took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been the better half in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have landed within a day; cards were slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to verify me, which held up the first payout sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, but slow.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, so you’re on mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone but I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in is occasionally a bit slow in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and they sort it.
