I’ve been playing at Tenobet since roughly February, so I figure I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to give an honest take. Came across it via a mate who wanted a site with half-decent slot coverage without the usual affordability nonsense you get now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that cuts both ways.
Game selection’s genuinely big — roughly 3,500+ titles going by the counter, and the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Mainly I stick to Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, both load quick in browser. Live side is all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve dabbled in on footy, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing it’s a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before depositing, the requirement is fairly standard to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. To check current promos, you’ll find them over on tenobet sport if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, signing up took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine for me. Cards work, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have come through same day twice; cards were slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was the verification — took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, so you’re on mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on my iPhone though an app would be nicer. Logging in can be sluggish in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages read like templates. Push past that and they sort it.
