Been using Tenobet since roughly February, and I reckon I’ve got enough experience to say something useful. Stumbled on it through someone on another board who wanted somewhere with proper lobby depth without all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the UKGC sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s genuinely big — roughly 3,500+ slots going by the counter, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Mainly I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, both run fine on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve used a handful of times on footy, nothing special.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering before you commit, the requirement is fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. For the the live offers, you’ll find them over on tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, signing up took about three minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; Visa took a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — took a day and a half to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Few more things: there’s no app, which means the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my phone though I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in is occasionally fiddly at peak times. Support’s fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and they sort it.
