So I’ve been using Craybet for about two months now and thought I’d throw out some thoughts because there’s not a ton of talk about this place on here. I signed up on a whim and signing up was like 90 seconds. Starting deposit was $10 and that’s about what you’d expect. Got a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 plus fifty free spins on Gates of Olympus. Wagering was 35 times the bonus which could be lower but it’s manageable.
The game library is honestly pretty solid. There’s games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, plus Microgaming — so like Gates of Olympus, Gonzo’s Quest, that kind of thing. I’d guess maybe 1500-2000 slots total if you count everything. Live dealer stuff is powered by Evolution which is smooth — played some baccarat and Crazy Time with real dealers and zero lag issues.
One thing that kinda bugged me was how long cashouts take. Tried cashing out with Visa and it took almost two days for my first withdrawal. After that though it was faster. Payment options include credit cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and BTC which covers most bases. You can look at what they’ve got going on on Craybet free spins before you sign up.
Using Craybet from my iPhone was surprisingly good. There’s no app to download though the mobile site loads fast and slots and live games work fine. I played a few sessions in bed and didn’t notice any performance issues.
Support at Craybet has been alright — live chat and someone actually responds within a few minutes usually. Had to ask about a bonus that didn’t credit and got it fixed pretty quickly. Not sure about Curacao-based from what I can tell which is standard for offshore casinos. Not everything is amazing — promo codes seem rare — but overall I’m still using it.
