So — been using this thing for something like a few months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, reckon I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. Am based in the UK, mostly stick to footie and the horses, a fiver here and there, just so you know where I’m coming from.

What got me on it was actually a bit daft — I couldn’t ever work out what an e/w payout would be when the place terms changed. I used to just guess and get a shock. Now punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator tool is the part I’m on daily — you put in your stake, the odds and you get profit and total return straight away, either odds format. Same tool covers the multiples — acca and treble returns, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, and that’s where I’d always got it wrong. If you fancy a poke about, it’s here matched odds and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that genuinely made a difference was the geekier extras. There’s an odds-to-probability calculator that shows what margin’s baked in, and there’s the kelly staking tool — I use half kelly because full kelly is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is decent when I’m covering two or three runners.

Not all sunshine though. The layout is a bit basic — zero flash, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On mobile it’s fine but the bigger tables are a squeeze. Also there’s no app, just the site — fine by me but worth saying.

Anyway. Doesn’t cost anything, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. If you honestly does the maths on paper, have a look — saves me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.
