OK — been using this thing for something like four months now and it’s stuck on my phone, reckon I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me last week. Am in the UK, mostly do football and horses, small stakes, so take it how you like.

The reason I started using it was actually a bit daft — I could never get my head round what an ew payout actually was when the place terms changed. I’d just wing it and moan when the payout landed. Now type the odds in before every slip, even the boring singles.

Their single bet calculator tool is the bit I’m on daily — you drop in the price and your stake and you get returns with no faffing, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the multiples — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, honestly that’s where I always lose track. One thing that actually changed how I bet was the geekier bits. The implied probability calculator and it makes obvious how much the bookie’s taking, and there’s the kelly calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. The dutching one gets used a fair bit if I’m covering two or three runners.

Not all sunshine though. Its interface feels pretty plain — not much flash, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it’s fine although the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. And no app, it’s a website and that’s it — slight shame but worth saying.

Right, that’s me. Free, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If anyone still adds it up in their head, give it a go — saves me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.
