I’ve been messing around on Craybet for roughly six weeks or so and wanted to share what I think because there’s not a ton of talk about this place in this forum. Registered on a whim and registration literally took 90 seconds. Min deposit was $10 and that’s pretty standard. They threw in a welcome bonus — 100 percent match to $500 plus 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus. Wagering was 35 times the bonus which isn’t amazing but I’ve dealt with worse.
The game library is bigger than I expected. They’ve got games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Microgaming — so like Gates of Olympus, Starburst, all the popular ones. Probably close to 2000 games including table games. Live casino runs on Evolution and it’s smooth — tried roulette and Lightning Roulette with real dealers and zero lag issues.
Now the one thing that annoyed me a little was payout speed. Withdrew via Visa and waited about 48 hours the first time. After that though it dropped to like 24 hours. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin so that covers pretty much everything you’d want. You can look at their current offers on Craybet bonus before you sign up.
Using Craybet on my phone was surprisingly good. No dedicated app — the web app loads fast and slots and live games work fine. I played Book of Dead on the bus and no lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet is decent — there’s a chat widget that gets you a person within a few minutes when I’ve used it. I contacted them about my verification docs and it was resolved pretty quickly. I think they’re operating under a Curacao license and that’s what most US-friendly sites. Not everything is amazing — wish they had more payment options — but overall I’m still using it.
